Our next mission was to move onto the text; we needed some text explaining the storyline and to get the audience engaged in some rhetorical questions; to do this we used the text tool that is located in a tab below the 'viewer' and typed in the text we wanted (making sure that the font is the same as the actors name text) We then dragged this text out into the appropriate places within the timeline and cut it down so that it didn't waste to much time of the trailer.
We also added in the text 'SUMMER 2012' on top of the 'noise' at the end. this is because the trailer is there to promote the film so the date of release has to be included in order to give the audience enough information. We again used the text tool to write out the text and changed the font to match the rest of the film. We then dragged it into the timeline and layered it on top of the noise.
We feel as though the main bulk of editing is almost complete; there are a few small features to add and a few tweaks; we can then move onto adding some music to the trailer.
