We saved this image as a JPG file format so that it could be imported into Final cut pro; after dragging this new file into the library of the trailer and we could then drag it into the timeline; however the background clashed with this image so we had to change the background colour; we right clicked on the viewer and it gave us the option to change the colour from black to white.
We added in a fade to the image so that it didn't just appear on the screen and the edit would be smoother.
