Creating the poster images

I have created the background images for the four designs an I will now discuss which one I am choosing to carry on with.

1) The two faces

I did like the concept of this image however it really doesn't work for the images that I have taken. I wanted the faces to match up well and this is hard to do when one is facing up and the other down. I will not be going ahead with this poster idea as It really doesn't work well.








2) The paper

Even though I like this image, I don't think it is as effective as it could possibly be. I like the idea of this poster however it didn't create the effect that I wanted it to be. This is why I will not use this idea for my poster.















3) mid shot of actor

I really like this design because it gives off a sense on mystery, even though it still needs some tweaking I think that this could be a good idea to carry on with, I think that will the right font and text added to it it could be a successful design.













4) The blurry figure

After trying several websites for tutorials and using my own knowledge I was unable to create the effect that I wanted to create so I won't be proceeding with this design.








I have decided to continue on with the 3rd design as this  was the only design that I felt fit in with the concept and storyline. After conducting the image try-outs I also felt as though this was the best design out of the four ideas which is the reason why I will be pursuing this idea for my actual poster.
