Question 4

4) How did you use new media technologies in the construction & research, planning & evaluation stages?

Question 3

3)What have you learnt from your audience feedback?

I have learnt a lot from the audience feedback that I received. Firstly I learnt what the audience thought about the trailer and then I used a survey for feedback on the two ancillary tasks.

I feel that overall I have learnt that I should take more time in learning the software needed for the products to be made; as this would mean that I may have been able to prevent glitched that came up in the audience feedback. I have also learnt that I should take more care when creating the products and then finalising them because there were small errors that could have been easily fixed before the audience feedback. I now know that something I personally think works well the audience may disagree and I should listen to the audience because they are the ones using the products and I want them to get the most out of them.

Question 2

2) How effective is the combination of your main product & ancillary texts?

I am going to answer this question by bringing in the audience feedback as a few of the questions that I asked link in well to this question. I am also going to talk through my own ideas and why I added in certain features.

As the video shows I have been able to create 3 products that compliment each other and work well together to create a promotions package. Even though not every aspect of the three products are the same the small clues and hints that they link create the promotions package whilst making three different products that are unique in their own ways.

Question 1

1) In what ways does your media product use, develop and challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
