After conducting the research into the hardware and software I would be using I decided to conduct some research into the programmes; Final cut pro and Garageband. I have decided to do this as I would like to become as familiar as I possibly can with the programmes so that when it comes to using them I will be quite confident and happy to do so.

Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is the programme that we have installed on the Macs, I have never used this programme before so I need to look at some tutorials of how to use the basic features and where all of these features are located.

Garage band
Garage band is another programme that is installed on the Macs. as with final cut pro I have never used Garage band before so I need to familiarise myself with the functions and features on this programme so that when I come to use the programme for the project I can do so with ease but also precision.

After watching all of these video I am now confident that I know the basics of the software and that I can successful create the effects that I wished to create.
